It weaves together facilitation, mathematical, and organizational behavioural tools to help companies reach clarity in their decisions faster. The workflow comprises three main phases: (1) framing the decision, (2) generating alternative solutions, and (3) comparing the trade-offs between alternatives, which can include probabilistic analysis techniques.
