During 2020, we and our teams experienced change daily. How can we deal with being remote when we may not have planned for it? Will we be ready for future changes? Will things go back to normal? This session will help you navigate these questions.

As an agile coach, Mark Kilby has cultivated more distributed and dispersed teams than collocated teams for over 16 years. He has coached as a consultant, an internal coach, and as a facilitator of distributed professional communities.
