Presentation Topic: Digital Transformation – PEBA Enterprise IT Project, “A tale from the Trenches.”

Speaker: Phil Moleski, Public Employees Benefits Agency (PEBA)

Speaker Biography:   Mr. Phil Moleski, Public Employees Benefits Agency (PEBA) - For the past ten years, as Senior Leader at PEBA, Mr. Moleski has been building the project and project portfolio management practices. Throughout his 35 year career, he has led and managed diverse groups responsible for information technology in the Saskatchewan Crown Corporation and Executive Government sectors. During that time, he has been leading and active in many major projects including a recently completed 7 year, $15M Enterprise IT project to replace core pension administration systems at PEBA. Outside of work Phil freely shares his musical talents within the community and most recently with his granddaughter Quinn.

Presentation Overview: Embarking on a digital transformation project is not for the faint of heart. Using the Enterprise IT project, recently successfully completed at PEBA as a case study, along with a few other gems from his experience thrown in, Phil will share tips and techniques for successfully embarking on and completing a large-scale digital transformation project.
