Speakers Biographies:
- Betty Mutwiri
Betty specializes in Executive/Leadership Coaching, Coach Training, Change Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Cultural Intelligence and EDI. She is privileged to coach leaders in health, education and private industry nationally and internationally. Betty is a systems thinker and a change agent,
who leverages a strength-based approach to foster positive change. Her effectiveness as a leadership coach, consultant, trainer and international conference speaker is grounded in her lived experiences as a senior leader and organization effectiveness practitioner over the past two decades.
Betty has notable accomplishments that have positively influenced inclusive leadership across all sectors.
In 2012, as the Director of Learning and Leadership and Patient and Family Centered Care, she led the development of the Saskatchewan Leadership Program (SLP), a transformational leadership program for healthcare leaders across Saskatchewan. As the Director of HR Strategy Development at Saskatchewan Polytechnic, she led the design and implementation of EDI, Wellness and Leadership development strategies. As the inaugural Executive Director for Leadership Saskatoon, she left a legacy of a thriving multi-sector community leadership program. Betty's leadership impact has garnered recognition on local, national, and international levels. In 2021, she received the Don Ravis Leadership Saskatoon Alumni Award, a testament to her embodiment of inclusion, collaboration, lifelong learning and participation. In 2022 she was honored as one of Canada's
Top 100 Black Women to Watch. In 2023, she earned a nomination for the RBC Women of Influence Award and was distinguished as the Top Executive in Leadership Coaching by the International Association of Top Professionals ( IAOPT).
- Terry O’Reillly
Terry began his career as a copywriter at three of Toronto’s leading advertising agencies, where he won a few hundred awards for his creative work. In 1990, Terry co-founded Pirate Radio & Television with eight recording studios in Toronto and New York City, where he directed over 500 commercials a year. When Terry’s Not creative advertising, he’s talking about it as the host of the award-winning CBC Radio One/Sirius Satellite/WBEZ Chicago radio show, Under The Influence, with over one million listeners a week. His podcast has been downloaded over 35 million times. In remand as a keynote speaker, Terry delivers his brand of unique marketing insights to companies and organizations in all sectors. He has been given Lifetime Achievement Awards by the advertising industry and is the author of two best-selling books. Terry is the co-founder & creative director of the Apostrophe Podcast Company. He has a wonderful wife and three lovely daughters. Who likes some of this work.

Wan How is a career and project management coach specializing in helping project professionals advance their careers. In his project management career, Wan successfully rescued many troubled projects.
