Presentation Overview:
In today's world, technology is woven into nearly every aspect of our lives, influencing how we work, communicate, and live. With this integration comes the need to consider cybersecurity at every turn. Unfortunately, many projects are launched without adequate attention to security, only for it to become a pressing concern when it's too late.
When security is an afterthought, it can be challenging to implement effectively, often leading to vulnerabilities that compromise the entire project.
This presentation will guide esteemed project managers on the vital importance of embedding cybersecurity into the planning process from the very beginning and ensuring it's a priority at every stage of the project.
Presentation Learning Objective:
- Understand the importance of cyber security in a project.
