Presentation Title: Project Rescue
Presentation Overview: Almost every organization has experienced projects that have gone off the rails. There are many reasons why this happens, however, the magic for PMs is in the ability to get it back on track. During this interactive and collaborative session, we will explore how to identify root cause and then how to navigate funding, resource engagement, political agendas and more to get the project back on track…or to determine if the project should die a natural death!
Presentation Learning Objectives:
- Learn to identify indicators that a project is off the rails.
- Discover ways for conducting root cause analysis to identify why the project is off course.
- Develop problem solving skills to get the project back on track, including how to successfully navigate barriers such as funding, lack of resources, political landmines, etc.
