Presentation Title: Introduction to Decision Quality
Presentation Overview:
Decision Quality is a structured process explicitly designed to improve decision-making. It weaves together facilitation, mathematical, and organizational behavioural tools to help companies reach clarity in their decisions faster. The workflow comprises three main phases: (1) framing the decision, (2) generating alternative solutions, and (3) comparing the trade-offs between alternatives, which can include probabilistic analysis techniques. In this webinar, Kent Burkholder will present the Decision Quality workflow and show some of the common tools using a case study example.
