All positions are 2 year terms (with certain positions having the option to extend for a second term). Officers are elected at the chapter's Annual General Meeting, and Directors are appointed. The President Elect automatically becomes President and subsequently Past President. The Board meets approximately 12 times a year.

Barb Cross, PMP, has been on the Board of Directors for four years as the VP of Professional Development, and is now President for the Chapter. She works with EXP Consulting as a trainer and consultant.

Pam is an independent Project Management consultant, delivering IT projects for over 15 years. She is now serving on the Board as President-Elect.

Jonathan is pleased to serve as your Past President. He has been a member of PMI and the North Saskatchewan chapter since 2010 and has previously served terms as Vice President of Advocacy and Vice President of Communications. In his professional life he has held leadership roles in IT and project management for nearly 28 years and is currently an IT project manager at the City of Saskatoon. Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, travelling as often as possible. He is also an avid singer and bass player with a number of musical groups in Saskatoon including the Saskatoon Symphony Chorus and the 3M2C Latin Band. He is a strong advocate of volunteerism, and currently serves on the board of directors of the Saskatoon Opera.

Corey McDougall is the VP of Professional Development for the PMI North Saskatchewan Chapter. Corey has over 15 years of project, program and portfolio management experience across a number of industries including aerospace and defence, insurance, and financial services. Corey brings with him over 7 years of experience as a PMI chapter leader having service as the VP of Programs, VP of Marketing, and the VP of Communications with the PMI Regina South Saskatchewan Chapter.

Ruth is serving as VP Volunteers and brings experience leading projects and Project Managers in the telecommunications, financial and R&D (Research & Development) industries. She has delivered many successful professional and volunteer projects, is a previous winner of the PMI North Saskatchewan Chapter Project of the Year award and contributed to the project management community as VP Professional Development, PMI North Saskatchewan Chapter 2009-2012. Leisure time is often enjoyed at the lake with family and friends.

Laurie Hayes, PAg, MSc, PMP, is the Director of Accounting. Her role is to, with the VP of Accounting, oversee all financial activities. Laurie, a Professional Agrologist with PMP certification, has 30 years of progressive leadership and management experience. She has led strategic planning, policy development and enterprise risk assessment for volunteer, non-profit and government agencies. Laurie has successfully managed more than 100 projects funded through 15+ agencies and 20+ programs, with budgets ranging from $500 to $12M. She brings a proven track record of leadership success, astute financial management, and a skill for understanding and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders with diverse perspectives. She is an active volunteer in her personal and professional communities.

Nathan Ziegler, P.Eng PMP, is serving as the Director of Education & Certification. Nathan has recent experience with the PMP exam; successfully writing the exam in the spring of 2016. In his professional life, Nathan is an electrical engineer focused on sustainable energy projects. His role, as the Sustainable Electricity Engineer for Saskatoon Light & Power, is to promote and explore new ideas for power generation utilizing renewable and/or low impact energy sources.

Alan is an IT project manager dealing mainly with applications development and installation. He has 32 years' experience, including 24 years in the central IT group at the University of Saskatchewan, and the last 12 as a PM. Most of his work has been with student administration systems and teaching & learning applications. A PMI member for 13 years, Alan obtained his PMP 3 years ago, and retired in 2015.

James Johannesson is the Manager, Library System at the University of Saskatchewan Library. Previous to this, James gained significant management and systems experience at the University of Calgary and in other units at the University of Saskatchewan including University Relations, Information and Communications Technology and Student and Enrollment Services. James has interests in project management and how it intersects with quality in ongoing projects.

Erin Adrian is serving as the Director of Volunteer Recognition and has 10 years of project management experience. Erin works closely with the VP of Volunteer to ensure those who volunteered are recognized for their efforts. Professionally, she currently coordinates and manages medium to large scale projects in the remediation sector.

Jennifer joined the PMI North Saskatchewan Chapter as Event Administrator in late 2017. In the fall of 2017, she earned her PMP credential while working on construction projects in the heavy industrial sector. She also holds a Professional Engineering designation and volunteers on her local community association executive board in the role of Volunteer Coordinator.
